Behind every event is a logistics operation

Successful events require much more than the event itself. Behind every one is transport, loading, unloading, equipment handling, furniture movement, venue access, setup, positioning, collection, breakdown, return transport, coordination with suppliers, time-sensitive delivery and communication between several parties. We take on those operational jobs so planners and organisers can focus on their guests, suppliers, production and the event itself.

We collect furniture and equipment, load the vehicles, take items back to suppliers or storage and clear the logistics areas — one partner for the whole job, not one arrangement for setup and another for breakdown.

Furniture is part of most events, and stage or sound equipment brings its own handling. We treat each on its own terms.

Stage logistics

Stage platforms, components, risers, accessories, backdrops, stage furniture and event structures — collected, transported, loaded, unloaded, positioned and collected after the event, subject to size, weight and access. Where technical stage construction is needed, we work alongside the right specialist supplier rather than claiming to provide specialist production.

Sound equipment logistics

Speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, stands, cables, cases, DJ and audio equipment — collected, loaded, transported, unloaded, positioned and collected after the event. Our role is transport, handling, positioning and coordination; we are not an audio engineering company unless that service is separately confirmed.

Do you do the sound, staging and electrics as well?
We handle transport, handling, positioning and setup support. Sound engineering, stage rigging, electrical installation and specialist production are coordinated with the right specialist supplier — we do not claim to provide them ourselves.
Can you collect from several suppliers?
Yes. Tell us every collection point on the form and we plan the vehicles, crew and loading sequence around them.
Do you stay for the breakdown?
Yes — breakdown, collection and return to suppliers or storage are part of the same job, so you have one logistics partner from setup to breakdown.
How is an event priced?
Every event is different, so we come back with a logistics plan and a fixed quote once we have the brief.
