Priced from your list, not a guessEvery item you add picks the vehicle and the crew. Four boxes get a small van and a driver. A sofa gets a Transit and two people, because a sofa is not a one-person lift.
Fixed on the date you choosePrices move with the calendar before you are quoted — Saturdays and month end are our busiest days and are normally fully booked. Once you have your price for your date it does not move, and the date is held when the booking is paid for.
£50,000 cover, on every jobGoods in transit, as standard, not an upsell — and we publish the figure rather than describe it. Worth asking anyone you are comparing us with for theirs.
One person owns your moveA coordinator is assigned when you book, and they are who you speak to from that point to the last box.
What this commits us to
- Your price does not change unless your information changes — and any change is agreed with you before the crew moves anything.
- The vehicle and the crew that turn up are the ones your list produced.
- Prices vary by date before you are quoted, never after. Move the date and we re-quote first.
- £50,000 of goods-in-transit cover on every job, as standard.
- A coordinator is assigned when you book and is who you speak to until the last box.
What we will not claim
Plenty of this industry advertises things it cannot evidence. We would rather be dull and accurate. So: we do not publish a count of completed moves, we do not print a Trustpilot score we have not earned, and we do not describe a partner network, a customer portal or owned storage as though they already exist. When they do, they will appear here.
Accreditation We are pursuing BAR — the British Association of Removers — before the end of 2026. It carries a Trading Standards-approved code of practice, an annual independent audit, a payment guarantee scheme and an ombudsman. We are not a member yet, and we will not display the badge until we are.
